   Among the corporate philosophy of “Professional, Innovational and Sharing”, the “Sharing” means that Mintaian Group is willing to share its achievements and value with the whole industry and society, and then actually takes the social responsibility of the company.
   In the aspect of social benefit, Mintaian actively participates in disaster relief. In many natural disasters, such as snowstorm of South China in 2008, Wenchuan earthquake on May 12 2008, Beijing rainstorm on July 21 2012, Typhoon Fitow in 2013, Tsingdao explosion on November 22 2013, Nepal earthquake on April 25 2015, Mintaian Group dispatches a large group of surveyors hurry to the first line to join the relief effort. At the meantime, Mintaian Group started a drive for a charitable donation among its employees. In June 2008, Mintaian Group was honored by SHENZHEN CHARITY FEDERATION for its charity donation. Most of Mintaian’s branches organize its volunteer teams to actively take part in local public service activities.
   With around 3000 employees, Mintaian Group contributes its effort to help solve the social employment problem and pays annual tax over CNY20,000,000.

To raise relief fund for the disaster-hit areas

Every time after the catastrophic disasters, Mintaian’s labor union would organize its staffs to donate for the victims. In June of 2008, Mintaian was issued a certificate of honor by SHENZHEN CHARITY FEDERATION for donating to the victims of the catastrophic Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan Province.

To sponsor green and low-carbon environmental projects

Mintaian also is the faithful practitioner upholding the low-carbon environmental philosophy, who has launched paperless office system since early this new century. In Sep. of 2013, Mintaian donated CNY10,000 to Shenzhen PAIKE Promotion Center for Low-carban Life for promoting environmental projects.

To positively participate the disaster relief to the disaster-hit areas

Mintaian dispatched a great number of surveyors for disaster relief after the catastrophes, such as Ice Disaster in 2008, Wenchuan Earthquake on May 12 2008, Yushu Earthquake on Apr. 14 2010, Beijing Torrential Rainstormon on July 21 2012, Typhoon Fitow on Oct. 7 2013, etc.

To actively organize the employees to be volunteers

Mintaian organized its employees to be volunteers to provide services during many significant events, such as Beijing Olympics, Canton Asian Games, Shenzhen Universiade.
